I know how special this day is and how important it is that it runs without any hitches along the way. I am therefore very mindful that I provide exactly what is required for you and your guests. To this end, I would start work with you well in advance to ensure expectations are met and be available to support your needs throughout the day & evening.

Corporate Events

No matter what type of event you are hosting, I am aware of the importance of a successful evening and am committed to providing the right atmosphere and music to suit the occasion.

Birthdays

Whatever the milestone is that you are celebrating, with advanced planning and communications with you and the venue, I will make sure I have everything ready for your event to give you an occasion to remember.

Special Occasions

As well as being passionate about music I’m a stickler for good service, so if you book your event with me I guarantee that I will:

How It Works

the process

Before any booking

I would like to meet with you, either via zoom or in person, so both sides can have their questions answered before committing to the event. It is important to get a feel of the occasion and your expectations.

Prior to the event

I would like to discuss your music wishes with you in more depth.

It is important for me that I see the venue in advance, where I would be setting up and availability of power supplies for equipment, props and lighting etc.

On the day

I will arrive at your venue in plenty of time on the day to ensure that all the equipment is working properly and ready to go. If your disco isn’t happening until the evening I’ll come back again an hour or so before it starts just to do some final checks.

For occasions where there may be a more formal lunch or dinner, I can also do the background music during the lunch, and before the evening event… In short, I’ll be delighted to spend the whole day supporting you.

Depending on the venue and requirements for the evening I need between 90 -120 minutes to set up and 90 minutes to pack up.

I used Mr Permaul as a DJ for my daughter’s 21st birthday party, a huge success as a result of good planning with prior meetings to review the programme and format for the evening, sort out musical taste and favourite songs for the evening. Detailed attention to the music, the mood of the party as the evening progressed. He also provided great lighting to compliment the event. I can personally recommend him as a professional and experienced DJ and very friendly who is highly recommended by my family.

Nevin has been DJ on a number of events at our Club and I can thoroughly recommend him for a great evening. He has a very wide selection of music for all age groups and has a great light show.

Nev was excellent at our wedding and thoroughly professional in his approach from beginning to end. We had meetings with him to discuss our music requirements in the run up to the big day and he also liaised well with the events manager at the venue – enabling us to concentrate on other matters. As well as the evening disco, Nev organised the background music during and after our wedding lunch. He arrived with plenty of time to spare and had everything under control.
